ABOUT TRAILERHAWK
Stick a pin in a map somewhere between the California hills, Motor City and Nashville, and there you’ll find TrailerHawk. Blasting out haunted melodies, country-soaked Americana and jagged rock n’ roll, this band digs at the roots of a rich, southern sound.
And the roots go deep. Long-time fans of the Canadian music scene may recognize the branches on the band’s family tree: Trailerhawk boasts members of legendary Canadian groups Matthew Good, Sons of Freedom, Grapes of Wrath, Ginger and Sunday Morning. You’ll find Don Binns on bass fiddle, Don Short on drums, Lanny Hussey on pedal steel, vocals, and guitars, Rod Bruno on lead and rhythm guitars, while the incomparable Carmen Bruno sings her tales of life, liquor, laments and love on the run.
